A few years ago I was looking for an exercise class that would improve my general fitness, some alternative to attending a gym. Finding Muriel’s class was the answer. The class incorporates weights, cardio, core strength and balance, and a few laughs! Muriel takes care to tailor the program to individual needs and I am thrilled at the improvement in my fitness level, enabling me to keep up an active life. An added bonus was the social interaction with the other members of the class.
