Tai Chi

Course Information:

No stress for one hour a week! This relaxing, gentle exercise combines movement and breathing while gently stretching the whole body. Beneficial for all ages and abilities, Tai Chi helps coordination, balance, breathing, relaxation, posture and muscle tone.

In keeping with the idea that Tai Chi is stress relieving, students are taught at their own pace.
